The chemical element with the atomic number 20, Calcium is very important for the functioning of our bodies. It is essential for the mineralization of our teeth, bones, and shells. It’s an important ingredient of a balanced diet and is vital for our healthy existence. Calcium plays an essential role in building strong bones. Dairy foods such as milk and cheese are a good source of calcium. There are a lot of fruits which contain high levels of calcium. Here is a list of fruits that are high in calcium-

 Kiwi

Kiwi is a fruit with a high level of calcium content in it. Also, It has high levels of vitamin C. It is also rich in dietary fiber and Vitamin E. An average Kiwifruit provides about 42 grams of calories and 2.6 grams of dietary fiber. It tastes really well and should be consumed frequently.

Mulberry

Mulberry is another fruit with a high level of calcium content. They taste delicious and contain antioxidants, minerals and vitamins that are vital for our health. They contain a good amount of Iron as well. 100 gram of mulberries contain about 43 grams calories. They are rich with Vitamin C as well. Vitamin C in the body helps us to fight against many allergies and infections. So, consume mulberries frequently.

Prune

Prune is the next fruit which contains high amount of calcium. They are also known as dried plums. It has been a traditional digestive remedy for a very long time.
